Clock:
 

• 16 minute halves (stop time)

• 10 second backcourt, no shot clock

• 5 minute warm-up and 5 minute half-time

• 3 minute OT

Foul Shots:

• Play the "release" on foul shots (AAU rules).
• One & One bonus on 10 team fouls per half
• Double bonus on 13 team fouls per half.

Time-Outs:

• 2 full's, 2 thirty's, no carry-over to OT
• 1 full time-out per OT, no carry-over
• Head coach may call time-out from bench

Team Duties:

• Home team supplies game ball (If Monarchs are not playing, then home team is the team listed first on the schedule)
• Home team provides official scorer and book unless waived by the Head Coach .  Official scorer must sit at scorer's table. Visiting team may also have unofficial scorer and book keeper at scorer's table.

No "full court press" limitation rule, but be a sport!
